Tho the house is small, it is well equipped and has plenty of space for two friends. Not sure I would want to be there with as many people as can sleep in all those beds, but it was good for us. Great location, actually has a peek a boo view of the bay. The yard is lovely and we enjoyed hanging out in the shade. The skeeters were vicious, but we were prepared. The dogs loved it.

We’re so glad it was the perfect fit for your crew of two (and the furry family members who clearly approved of the yard!). The bay peek, shady spots, and cozy charm are some of our favorite features too. As for the skeeters… they’re just the unofficial island welcome committee (although we don't welcome them), and we’re glad you came prepared! Thanks again for allowing us to host you!

The host was very welcoming and we enjoyed our stay. Just a note that the bathroom was not clean and the storm door latch was rusted out.

Guys trip

We had a guys trip that was Thursday to Sunday! It was really fun and the house was a perfect spot for us to hang out. The yard and house were great for us! I would definitely recommend this property for others and would definitely stay here again!

Relaxing Getaway

We had a wonderful stay at the Mermaid Manor. The house was very clean and had everything we needed to make our stay perfect. We brought a golf cart with us and drove it down the road to the beach. The beach is very close and you can drive your vehicle right on it. There is also a wonderful restaurant located in the back of the neighborhood for those nights when you don't feel like cooking or driving far to eat.
