Triplex on the Rif Nel for 8 to 10 people

A triplex of 80m2 crossing, located on the top of the Rif Nel. This apartment offers a large south-facing balcony with natural light and not overlooked in all rooms. If you are up to 9 people, no one will use the sofa. The living room is spacious for your meals and friendly end of the day, the beds upstairs (2 bedrooms and 1 mezzanine).
For skier access, you just have to cross the street to put on the Rif Nel or go up 200m to get the DMC, the Signal chairlift, Les Jeux etc...
The 2 bathrooms (1 shower, 1 bathtub) as well as the separate toilets allow a very simple organization within the group.
The situation is exceptional in winter for access to skiing, the view, the shops just behind the residence, and in summer, you are just above the arrival of the Tour de France. The home stretch of the mythical ascent of Alpe d'Huez ends just below the residence: you will therefore have a ringside seat!
The triplex organization gives an incredible feeling of space.
All the equipment is there: Standard size fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, Filter coffee machine, Washing machine...
The first restaurants are a 2-minute walk away and the gaming avenue with its shops, the outdoor swimming pool and the ice rink are a 5-minute walk away.
Parking is free in front of the residence, there is an underground box but it cannot accommodate a large SUV, for example. If the group is large, this box will be used as ski storage.
It is possible to do babysitting in the neighboring ski shops - Jeannot Sport (Sport 2000), Alpes Sports (Skimium) for example...
