My hubby and I love in Sudbury but spend most of out time enjoying cottage life. We enjoy flying our small float plane, and drop in for a visit from time to time if dock space is available at Islandtime

What makes this property unique

The property is unique because it is located at the end of the road in the protected Sheguiandah Bay. Sandy beach’s and crystal clear water makes for great swimming. A government boat launch 2 minutes down the road allows great fishing access for anglers.
