The property was quite spacious and had plenty of room for our group of six. The home is also in a great location within walking distance of lots of shops and restaurants. However, many parts of the home needed attention (towel bars not fully screwed in, top of downstairs toilet tank was chipped, broken door stoppers, obvious stains on parts of carpet, scrapes on walls). None of these things prevented us from using the home but, in general, house did not look as fresh and clean as pictured.

This vrbo was perfect for our trip. There is lots of space and the kitchen is very well equipped. Location is excellent for access to downtown and there are lots of restaurants and shops nearby. The garage is very small and our vehicle wouldn’t fit. The street parking has signs that say 2 hour parking until 5 but we parked there for longer with no trouble. Would stay again!

Great location near Kensington Village

We attended the Rotary International convention, and stayed at this lovely home while we attended the various meetings. The bus and c-train schedule was easy, and the #1 bus stop was literally right outside the door, very convenient. The house was more than adequate for our needs. Kitchen was well equipped.
