The house is located in a quiet settlement with single-family houses south of the center and, thanks to its central location, offers the ideal mix between tranquility and proximity to the sports and wellness centers. A feel-good oasis has been created on 168 square meters, in which up to 8 people can leave everyday life behind in 5 bedrooms. After a long day with countless impressions of the unique mountain town, you can relax in the large eat-in kitchen, or in the cozy farmhouse parlor with a wood-burning stove, relax with a novel or a good film (satellite TV available), or share your experiences with friends on the Internet.
If you like to cook, this will be child's play in our fully equipped kitchen. From the 4-burner hob to the microwave and the coffee machine, everything is available to serve a fantastic breakfast, lunch or dinner in the spacious dining area of the kitchen. Save time in the morning in the two bathrooms, especially if you are traveling with 8 people. Excellent property

This was a great place to stay. Nicely laid out and well equipped. Just 10 mins walk from the ski lifts and main supermarket. The owners are very friendly and welcoming.

Great house, great location!

Hr. & Frau Gobl were very nice and helped us a lot, since our transportation to and from the location was arriving and leaving at odd times. The house is very nice and equipped to handle 10 adults. We had a very nice skiing-trip and can only recommend this establishment!

Comfortable home nearby center and valley station

We had a lovely stay in this comfortable and well equipped home. The location is perfect; easy to reach and nearby (walking distance) the center and valley station of Bad Gastein. The garden is spacious and fenced which is great with small kids. The house was very warm (sometimes maybe a bit too warm) and cosy. Would definitely recommend!

Very nice house in the middle of everything

The property is placed within walking distance of the main lift in Bad Gastein, (and to shops and restaurants etc.) The house is very well equipped, the owners are very friendly. Everthing was 100% clean and nice. Highly recommendable.

Fabulous house and location

I would highly recommend this house to anyone. It is large, comfortable, and exceptionally clean. It is fitted with everything you need from sleds for the kids to a complete kitchen that includes a panini maker and three types of coffee machines for the adults! The Gobls answered my initial emails/questions quickly, and were very nice and helpful in person. The house is no more than a 10-min walk from skiing, shops, restaurants, and the train. We really enjoyed our stay, and hope to return some day!

Wonderful home away from home

A group of us, including two young children, stayed here in February for a week skiing in Bad Gastein. This house is wonderful. The pictures do not tell the whole story because the feel of the home is very warm and comfortable with absolutely everything you need. The location is perfect if you are going skiing and the walk to the Stubnerkogelbahn is literally only 15 minutes. There is a Spar and a Billa supermarket within walking distance and there is a lovely bakery and cafe right next to the house. The train station is about a 20 minute walk. The owner was brilliant and managed to arrange an extra cot for us and returned the deposit the day after we left. The owner could not have been more helpful and accommodating. I can recommend Schafflinger Schialm restaurant (we also had take-away pizza from here) which is a very short walk and is a lovely authentic, non-touristy Austrian restaurant. I would recommend this property without hesitation and we hope to be able to return. All the furniture and fittings are modern and new and there is more than enough room for the maximum number of guests. You will enjoy your time here without doubt; we certainly did.

Het huis is zeer netjes. Het heeft vele kamers. Zeker met twee honden is de ingang aan de achterzijde erg fijn. De badkamers zijn erg fijn. Het is er heerlijk warm. Je grijpt nooit mis, er is van alles. De eigenaren zijn zeer attent en netjes.

Wir hatten eine Super Zeit, kurzer Weg zum Lift. Küche und Esszimmer sind super zum zusammen sitzen, die Kinder haben oben geschlafen ohne was zu hören, wenn es mal später wurde. Unser Hund hatte auch eine gute Zeit.

Wir hatten zum wiederholten Mal das große Vergnügen, unser Winterabenteuer in einem wunderschönen Ferienhaus zu verbringen, das für drei Generationen unserer Familie perfekt geeignet war. Die Ausstattung war wirklich beeindruckend – es war alles da, was man für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt benötigt. Besonders angetan waren wir von der großzügigen Wohn-Essküche, die viel Platz für gemeinsame Mahlzeiten und gemütliche Abende bot.Dieses Ferienhaus erwies sich als ideales Basislager für Skifahrer, Nichtskifahrer und Ski-Anfänger gleichermaßen. Mit den kurzen Wegen ins Zentrum und zur Bergbahn konnte jeder von uns seinen Tag nach Belieben gestalten. Bestens zum Skiurlaub geeignet

Das Ferienhaus ist zwar etwas verwinkelt, aber dennoch geräumig. Die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet und bietet viel Platz zum Arbeiten, so dass man auch in größeren Gruppen gut zusammen kochen kann. Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr ruhig und angenehm. In drei Gehminuten gibt es einen sehr guten Bäcker, direkt gegenüber eine kleine (aber hervorragende!) Konditorei, die Pralinen und Mehlspeisen anbietet. Zur Gondeltalstation kann man einen schönen Spazierweg an der Gasteiner Ache entlang laufen und kommt dann quer über einen Parkplatz (weniger schön, aber gut machbar) zur Gondel. Mit Skiern und Skischuhen ist das ein Stückchen, aber es gibt die Möglichkeit, einen Platz im Skidepot direkt an der Gondel zu mieten. Im Haus können die Skier und die Skischuhe in einem sehr geräumigen und gut beheizten Hauswirtschaftsraum untergestellt werden. Last not least: Die privaten Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und herzlich. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!

Gerne kommen wir wieder!

Das Haus war in einem ausgezeichneten Zustand. Alles war sehr sauber und gut gepflegt. Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Das Ferienhaus war gemütlich und zweckmäßig eingerichtet und ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt. Die liebevoll und komplett eingerichtete Küche, hat den Aufentahlt zu den Mahlzeiten und den gemeinsamen Abenden zu etwas Besonderem gemacht. Die Lage des Ferienhauses war perfekt. Der Skibus und auch die Talstation der Seilbahn war gut erreichbar. In der Nähe gab es viele Aktivitäten und Sehenswürdigkeiten, die den Aufenthalt abgerundet haben. Zusammenfassend können wir nur sagen, dass wir eine fantastische Zeit in diesem Ferienhaus hatten.

Toller Aufenthalt

Wunderschönes Haus mit „ausbruchsicherem“ Garten für unsere Hunde. Im Haus fühlt man sich wie zu Hause, die Ausstattung ist toll, alle Küchengeräte, Geschirr,….. kurz alles was man braucht und sich wünscht ist vorhanden. Der Besitzer ist super freundlich, das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Siedlung, alle wichtigen Einrichtungen (Lebensmittelgeschäft, Therme, Bergbahn, Zentrum,…) in Gehweit! Jederzeit gerne wieder!

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus

Wir (2 Familien inkl 6 Kindern) haben uns im Ferienhaus der Fam. Gobl sehr wohlgefühlt. Alles war wie beschrieben vorhanden und die gesamte Kommunikation mit den Vermietern (von der Buchung bis zur Abreise) war sehr unkompliziert und angenehm.

Schönes Haus an guter Lage!

Dieses Haus hat alles, was Sie sich wünschen. Es gibt mehr als genug Platz für 10 Personen. Es wurde an alles gedacht, in der Küche und im Rest des Hauses fehlt es an nichts. Außerdem ist es super sauber. Auch die Lage für Skifahrer ist super. Es ist ein 10-minütiger Spaziergang entlang des Flusses zur Gondel. Kurzum: und empfehlenswert!

Fijn huis op prima locatie!

Erg fijne week gehad! Huisje beschikt over alle nodige voorzieningen. De skilift in Bad gastein is prima bereikbaar. De lessen zijn vooral in het Angertal en is goed bereikbaar, met de auto. Het Angertal is ideaal voor beginnende skiërs en boarders, maar minder geschikt om te wandelen met de kleine. Voordeel is dat opa en oma de kleintjes konden zien, omdat de beginners lessen en de eind wedstrijd en in Gasti sneeuwpark is. Lessen bij skischool badhofgastein ( let op, dus niet badgastein) is een aanrader! Het dorpje is ook erg leuk voor de niet skiërs (wellness en waterval). Nadeel is dat lopend wel steile hellingen overwonnen moeten worden. Al met al wel een top week geweest in een mooi huis en gebied dat erg geschikt is voor hele families!

Familienurlaub in den Bergen

Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend und ist als Ausgangspunkt für diverse Aktivitäten bestens geeignet. Wir haben uns als Familie superwohl gefühlt, und die Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen. Der nette Empfang und die gute Betreuung durch Familie Gobl hat den wunderschönen Urlaub vollends abgerundet. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können es nur wärmstens empfehlen.

Tolles Lage, Top Ausstattung

Mit 10 Personen im Skiurlaub fehlte es uns an nichts. Das Haus hat eine tolle Lage und nach 10 Minuten Fußweg ist man auch schon an der Gondel. Die Vermieter haben sich viel Zeit für Tipps und Empfehlungen genommen. Wir waren super zufrieden und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtet. Die Küche bietet alles, was man braucht. Eine Skibushaltestelle ist gut erreichbar. Möglich ist auch die Nutzung eines Skidepots am Lift. Dann ist man locker in 10 bis 15 Minuten zu Fuß an der Stubnerkogelbahn. Sehr freundlicher und unkomplizierter Kontakt mit dem Vermieter.

Wunderschönes Haus in tollem Skigebiet

Unser Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus Gobl hat uns allen super gefallen! Wir wurden bei der Ankunft total freundlich begrüßt und haben uns direkt Willkommen gefühlt. Familie Gobl hat uns anschließend die Unterkunft gezeigt und auch da waren wir direkt begeistert. Die Küche hat wirklich alles zu bieten, was man für so einen Urlaub benötig. Über Kaffeemaschinen, Pfannen und Töpfe ist wirklich alles vorhanden, so dass nichts selbst mitgebracht werden muss. Auch das komplett neu renovierte Bad und die große Wohnküche haben uns den Skiurlaub versüßt! Das komplette Haus war wirklich super sauber vorzufinden. Ebenso war es kein Problem, noch eine weitere Person mitzubringen. so dass diese sogar auf einem separaten Bett schlafen konnte. Der Weg zum Skilift dauert zu Fuß etwa 10 Minuten, ist also absolut nicht weit und gut gelegen. Die Zeit in Bad Gastein ging so schnell um, wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen! Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt!
