About this property

Currently Being Remodeled! Shoreline 3116

Shoreline Towers will be undergoing a complex wide waterproofing project beginning September 14th until April 23rd. This work will impact certain buildings at a time but there will be scaffolding, construction workers, and construction materials onsite during this time frame. Due to the scope of the project loud noise may be possible as well as dust. Currently, this project is not projected to impact any beach access.

Condo is undergoing renovations. New pictures coming soon (May 2026)

The condo was so beautiful and honestly best sleep we ever had away from home. The condo was pleasantly decorated, and everything was super clean and crisp. The only suggestion would be some k cups for the coffee machine, and I also wish there was laundry soap provided like there is dish soap and dishwasher soap provided. The host was so wonderful and I can not wait to use them again. Our original unit that was booked was being renovated and three weeks before our trip they called to apologize and explain that the unit would not be complete by our reservation. Not only were they apologetic but they set my mind at ease and said they would move us to another available unit similar in size at no additional charge. This is the unit they moved us to and it was perfect. We were a group of five who came down for a bachelorette party. The location was on top of the beach, and walking distance to so many shops and eats. The guard shack was a little slow and the uber drivers struggled with it some but otherwise 10/10 recommend.
