Great location and property. Close to UBC and within walking distance of coffee, grocery store and restaurants. Access to trails in park right across the street. Josie was an easy going and welcoming host. Check in and out was easy and convenient. Will be staying again in the future if available.

Great basement suite for young families in a beautiful neighborhood. Hiking trails, playgrounds, & parks within a few minutes walking distance, as well as grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants along Dunbar Street. Quick access to Marine Drive if traveling south or King Edward Ave if traveling east or north. Host was prompt and tentative throughout or stay. Would definitely come back again!

The only thing we had to ask for was additional towels and washclothes. We couldn't get the TV to work but didn't miss it with everything else we were doing. Great communication

We loved the apartment. It was spacious, clean, and private, and the neighborhood was quaint and quiet. There's a grocery nearby and a walking trail at the end of the block. Josie was great at communicating.
