There were 6 of us here to bicycle the Raccoon River valley trail and the property was very close to the trail. We all slept well, loved sitting in the back yard and gathering inside. It was the perfect haven each evening. We had plenty of room and really loved the house.

Thank you for sharing your experience! We're so glad the location made it easy to enjoy the Raccoon River Valley Trail, and that the house gave your group plenty of room to relax together, whether gathering inside or unwinding in the backyard. It sounds like it was the perfect home base for your trip.

This house was perfect for our family! We loved all the plants inside and out, the music room was right up our alley! We played board games at the big table in the music room and so many rounds of darts while cheering on our football teams on the 60” T.V. Unfortunately, it was a rainy weekend so we couldn’t enjoy the big backyard and deck, but we kept ourselves entertained inside the house. We had a fun 40th anniversary with our kids. There was even a dog bed and bowls set out for our Granddog.

This was a fun, eclectic home located near the Iowa Youth Athletic Foundation, where our daughter was playing in a weekend tournament. This private home on a quiet street was the perfect retreat for before, after and in-between ballgames. The beds were comfortable and the home was overall quite clean. Our daughter enjoyed exploring the instruments and games provided. I personally appreciated the abundance of house plants! We would certainly stay again if in the area.

Great place to stay. Very clean. Beautiful backyard. But it is advertised as having 3 queen beds. It does NOT. Very disappointing when you plan on what the advertisement said. I have pointed this out to the management and was not offered any compensation for the misrepresentation.

Thank you for the kind words about the cleanliness and the backyard, we're glad you enjoyed your stay overall. We understand you also raised a concern about the bed setup, and we appreciate you bringing that to our attention.

Very clean, cool vibes, and entertaining! Exactly what we needed for a family of 5 staying for a nearby weekend wedding. Very comfortable living space with lots of relaxation options, indoor and out.I didn't receive the door code and had to call for it but that was a minor glitch. I think this is a new listing? Also didn't see any check-in or checkout instructions, but everything was great so honestly didn't need anything. No complaints about anything about the house. Convenient location, very clean and well maintained, very homey and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!
