Welcome to our serene self-contained sanctuary tucked beside Chiara Cottage, this one-room studio is the perfect solo escape or peaceful retreat for two. Thoughtfully designed with calm and comfort in mind, the studio features a cozy sleeping space, a compact kitchen (no oven or dishwasher), and a private bathroom with a walk in shower.

Step outside to your own little oasis- soak in the out door bath under the stars or unwind in the private one-person sauna.

Once your booking is confirmed, you will be directed to fill out our check-in form where you will be required to complete an identity check by scanning your licence/passport before being provided with your arrival instructions. This provides security for the owners of the property so they are comfortable that you are who you say you are and you have the documents to prove it (similar to a hotel check-in procedure). This process is necessary due to the fact that we have a self-check-in system.
By booking with us you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in our Rental Policy and agree to follow our HOUSE RULES:

- No pets
- No smoking anywhere inside the property
- Report any breakages or damage
- Check-out by your agreed time
- Follow our STRICT NO PARTY POLICY.
- The primary guest making the booking must be at least 25 years old and staying at the property for the duration of the reservation.

If you are in any doubt as to this policy, please contact us immediately. Following these rules will ensure your security bond (if applicable) is returned to you in full and on time. Breaking these rules may result in charges being incurred as detailed in our terms and conditions. If you respect the property as you would your own home, you can relax and enjoy your stay.
