Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please lock the windows and doors when you are not at home. Do not rearrange furniture. Please keep the space as you found it.
Guests are responsible for their own consumables after the initial reserve provided is used. No Food on the Beds/ in the Rooms please.
The Garbage Carts are in front of the building. Please discard garbage in the appropriate carts before leaving. Any recyclables can be left in a garbage bag in the kitchen.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
1. Please gather all used towel and put in the laundry bucket. 2. Turn off lights, appliances, and electronics when not in use. Help us save energy.
1. Please make sure to close door properly and lock Door. 2. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7AM on Weekdays and 11 PM to 7 AM on Weekends.
For safety and insurance reasons, only guests listed on the reservation are allowed. A surcharge of $100 per undeclared guest per night.
