Local to Augusta, GA and in property management since the 90's, I have fallen in love with hosting short stays in great locations giving guests opportunities to relax, re-connect with family and friends and enjoy what the area has to offer.

Why they chose this property

This particular location feels secluded and serene, yet only 15 miles to downtown Augusta. The peacefulness and comfort of this property is what guests love most. With 4 bedrooms and 3 baths, larger families can stay together without having to book multiple hotel rooms. The kitchen has lots of room to cook and there is a Blackstone grill and gas grill available for outdoor cooking. The recreation room in the enclosed patio is a fun spot to enjoy foosball and darts.

What makes this property unique

There is a neighboring house on the property that sits on the 2 acre pond that can be rented as well. The homes are about 100 yards apart so it gives enough privacy, but close enough to walk back and forth to visit, It is a 3bd/3.5 ba, gorgeous home with magnificent views of the pond. Renting both homes together makes for wonderful gatherings for family, friends and even small events like birthday parties and baby showers. Getting to stay overnight makes the set up a breeze and allows for extra time with out of town guests that may be visiting.
