This charming 400-square-foot tiny house was transformed from an old cobbler shop built in the 1950s, into a cozy, shabby-chic retreat. Perfect for singles, couples, or business traveler's looking for a comfortable place to stay in a peaceful, functional home-away-from-home nestled in our lush garden backyard. You will have your own private patio with a BBQ and we are pet friendly!
Vanier Lane Studio is close to eateries, a library, theatre, supermarket, LCBO, and more. With easy access to a main thoroughfare, you can reach any part of the city, as well as scenic lakes and trails, in just 15 minutes.
We offer a quiet, efficient space to business travellers and only minutes from the court house, university, hospital and a short distance to the mines. The space is fully equipped with everything you need to work on the road.
We are proud to support the medical community. If you are traveling for care at HSN, please send us a message before booking. We offer discounted special rates for patients and their families to help ease the burden of travel during treatment. We have easy access with 1 parking space beside the studio.

This was the first time using VRBO and I am so happy we did. This place is very beautifully decorated. Not only that. There is so much attention to detail. From the placement of lightning and everything easy to find. Even some throw blankets that were very much appreciated on a cold summer evening. Although the bed was a bit on the smaller side it was extremely comfortable. I would love to stay here again.
