Although we encountered multiple problems with the property at check-in, we had a nice stay. And our rooms were comfortable. Thanks for allowing us to rent your property this weekend.

Overall we had a great time here, staying one week in mid-July. The location is perfect, you are practically on the beach. There were boogie boards and beach chairs at the house that were nice to have! The grill worked well for us. The beds were comfy!There were some minor issues that made our stay less than perfect. The welcome text from the management company referenced a local contact if needed, but didn't give his number or email. I did not receive the door code at the correct time. When I contacted mgmt, they gave me the wrong code but also gave the local contact's info, who did give me the correct code, albeit 2 hours late.The house was very clean and cutely decorated, with a well-appointed kitchen. There were no kitchen towels and no soap in one of the bathrooms - the cleaning team were able to remedy these issues quickly. Several of the product dispensers in the showers were empty or almost - we didn't ask them to fix this, but it would have been nice if this had been checked before our arrival.One upstairs shower had some water pressure/temp problems, and the washer and dryer had some issues that made them almost useless - we notified the team so hopefully these will get fixed soon!The A/C went out 2 nights before we left. They quickly sent out a team who were able to temporarily repair it.In summary, make sure you get the local contact's info.
