Beautiful Country House in the city of Ouro Fino (MG) - Capacity up to 30 people. The perfect place to gather family and friends, socialise, relax and have good times with comfort, privacy and harmony with nature. Ideal space for families with children and/or groups of friends up to a maximum of 30 people. We have Wi-Fi that enables remote work. The space - Accommodation: 8 bedrooms with beds and built-in wardrobes. Of the 8 bedrooms, 6 are suites and have a mini-fridge + 3 bathrooms. 9 bathrooms (powder room and shower, 6 of which are en-suite) spread throughout the property. Equipped kitchen with all basic items: microwave, wood-burning stove, industrial stove and oven, blender, 2 refrigerators, 2 freezers, barbecue grill, grates, fans, TV, large concrete table, built-in sofas, among others. Large games room with pool tables, ping pong tables, sofas, extra mattresses. Two swimming pools, one larger for adults (depth 80cm in the shallow end and 1.60m in the deep end) and another smaller for children (70cm). Bocce, bowls, volleyball and football fields. Children's playground equipped with a trampoline, playhouse with two blackboards, chalk, small table and... Guests can enjoy all areas of the property. Only one room is locked, but the other 7 rooms will be available as described.
