Experience views of nature and a luxurious property at its finest in Osprey Point! ! This beautiful home is situated with picturesque Arnell Creek and Rehoboth Bay views from the screened main level porch with outside access, the upper level open porch with seating, and from the living area and dining area too! Also, enjoy the community pool, clubhouse with fitness center, game room, fire-pit and grilling pavilion as well as basketball and pickle ball courts for those loving outdoor activities. There is a first floor bedroom, plenty of living space and on the second floor you will find 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and an open living space with sleep sofa! You will not want to miss watching the wonders of osprey flying to and from their nests in the trees just outside your back door!
