- No Smoking inside the property.
- Please no cleaning of seafood inside the home.
- Please cook crabs on outside bbq only.
- Please respect neighbours and quiet hours.
- Use of pontoon is at Guest risk only. All children must be supervised.
- No alcohol use on pontoon or glass bottles to be taken onto the pontoon area.
