Quiet location. New, nice home. Helpful for future renters: Common room seating and kitchen items were able to accommodate the # of guests the house can sleep (surprisingly hard to find in vacation rentals). No pantry available and no pantry basics such as cooking oil, flour. There is a coffee station and a stand of spices.
