If you need to check out later than 12pm, you will need to pay an extra night's fee via the Airbnb Resolution Centre. This must be paid the night before your check-out date. Otherwise, our housekeeping team will arrive to conduct the changeover clean at the regular check-out time of 10am.

The receptionists, building concierge, and/or management will not be able to help you with any aspect of your booking, including luggage storage and key pick-up/drop-off. They may only be able to assist with matters concerning common areas and facilities in the building (i.e. the pool and gym), and the building at large.
