Located on the first floor, this inviting room features a clean, relaxed design with subtle river-inspired touches that create the perfect Hill Country getaway.
Inside, you’ll find two queen beds—ideal for families or small groups traveling together. The room also includes a convenient kitchenette with essentials for quick meals or snacks. A full bathroom and modern amenities ensure a comfortable and easy stay from start to finish.
With ground-floor access, coming and going is effortless, whether you’re heading out for a day on the river, visiting Schlitterbahn, or taking a short stroll into downtown New Braunfels for shopping and dining.
The River Street Room offers the perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and location—your home base for enjoying everything New Braunfels has to offer.

-No day visitors (4 guests-max occupancy- occupancy includes children)
-Bracelets are given for the max occupancy of the unit. These are to be worn to use the amenities on property.
-Max parking- 1 car (in designated spots, towing will be enforced by a 3rd party company which unfortunately we have no control over- please use parking permits provided upon arrival)
-For stays over 28 days- max 1 guest per bedroom
-Monthly reservations during our popular winter months (January, February, and March) MUST be booked from the 1st to the 1st.
--Remaining off-season monthly stays must be booked for a FULL month (i.e. 1st to the 1st, 6th to the 6th, 27th to the 27th, etc)
