This is a beautiful home in the heart of Garden City within walking distance of Mike’s grocery store. It’s a very comfortable home especially if travelling with several families. This has all the amenities. We would love to stay here again!

Everything was better than the pictures showed. Beds were comfortable, rooms and bathrooms were good size. Some bedrooms didn’t have any drawers, and shampoo/ conditioner-in-one small travel size bottle, so bring your own. Couches were comfortable, walking distance to store, club house, and marina. Good size garage available. Great location! Host was great!! Table upstairs was great for doing work on our laptops. Nice new appliances! Loved this place!! Would for sure stay again!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It checked off many parts (bedrooms/bathrooms) that our extended family was looking for. All bedrooms had en-suite bathrooms (2 rooms shared a bath). The kitchen and dining room were large and open and perfect for our meal gatherings. Both large family rooms (especially 2nd floor) accommodated all of us comfortably to play games and visit. The clubhouse and pool were a short 2 min walk away which got plenty of use by the grandkids. Location was great as it was walking distance (3 min) to Mike’s Market and 20 min to North Beach. Our host Tyler communicated quickly and promptly to a few minor details. A few recommendations to make future guests feel at home. Offering an electric griddle and a slow cooker would be a good idea to add to kitchen appliances (also pizza cutter). As well an extra set or two of silverware. We found ourselves having to wash the single set of silverware multiple times daily to keep up with our usage. These are small things and certainly would not deter us from renting this property again in the future. Thanks for sharing this beautiful home!

High end appliances, great location, comfortable furniture. Only small complaint was the internet was very spotty, lost connection for hours at a time.
