Guests get biometrics done at the welcome centre on check-in. Please
note that this is at an additional cost to the guest if they have never
stayed at the estate before.

Welcome Centre operating times:
- Monday - Friday: 07h00 to 18h00
- Saturday: 08h00 to 15h00
- Sundays are closed (Access Codes can be requested from the Guest
Experience Team)
- Public holidays: 08h00 to 14h00.
Please let us know if you are arriving after office hours, to arrange a
code for you
Guests will be given their own set of keys and have the apartment to
themselves.
