Sunset spectacular with resort amenities
What you will love about this home: Four-bedroom modern cottage on Balsam Lake. It has all the amenities you need, is close to towns and is very quiet. There are lots of toys for winter and summer. It's a year-round cottage, so it has the comforts of a house.
You will love sitting on the dock and watching the sunset. The lake is great for swimming, right off the dock. Or sip a glass of wine at night in the hot tub, watching the stars. The property has fences along one side and a natural barrier on the other. Pets are easily accommodated.
What you will love about this neighborhood: In the community of Kawartha Lakes, right on the water. Balsam lake is known for its bass and muskie fishing. The cottage is quiet, nestled with several other friendly cottages on a quiet point.
If you are here during the winter months, you will be shocked at the silence and tranquility of the area. The cottage is only 90 minutes from the GTA.
Additional information: Starlink provides fast internet service. The cottage has 4 TV's, heated floors, air conditioning, hot tub, an office and a gym.
Special arrangements can be made to use the 19 foot bowrider or two snowmobiles.
