I got ripped off, they took my reservation but when it came time to check in they didn’t have it and I never got a refund or was allowed to stay here

Very Unsafe Environment – No RefundWe arrived at the hotel and immediately felt uncomfortable and unsafe due to several people loitering around the property who appeared to be under the influence of drugs. The overall environment did not feel safe or suitable for us to stay, so we decided not to stay at the hotel.Unfortunately, despite the safety concerns that caused us to leave, we were not provided with a refund. We understand that hotels have cancellation policies, but when guests arrive and have legitimate concerns about their safety, we believe management should take those concerns seriously and work toward a reasonable resolution.Based on our experience, we would not feel comfortable recommending this hotel to others, especially families or anyone concerned about safety and security.
