L'appartement est idéalement situé. La rue donne sur le port et on est à 30 min a pied des calanques de La Ciotat.
Bien aménagé, avec ses 2 douches et sa chambre d'enfants a l'écart.
Nous y avons passé un bon séjour.

Prezzo altissimo per un'offerta di bassissimo valore.
Fittare appartamenti vacanze non è da tutti e lo si deve saper fare. Non aggiustate un appartamento in modo arrangiato e pensate che la gente vada in vacanza accontentandosi del niente!! L'annuncio non è accurato, e non chiarisce quasi niente, foto molto migliorate rispetto alla verità.
Le uniche tre cose positive: la cucina completa in tutto, la posizione, a pochi metri dal porto, la presenza di due docce.
Il resto non vale affatto i soldi pagati: l'appartamento si trova all'ultimo piano (senza ascensore, non detto nell'annuncio) di un edificio vecchio che ha un forte bisogno di essere ristrutturato e pulito (puzza ed è sporco), il bagno è piccolo e scomodo e si trova incastonato in un sottoscala, la camera da letto superiore è in cima ad una scaletta molto ripida, in una soffitta molto bassa e scomodissima, i ripiani per metterci i vestiti sono inservibili per la bassezza del soffitto. La camera da letto matrimoniale è una camera di passaggio per andare nella seconda doccia (senza bagno) con un letto scomodissimo buttato in un angolo e un cassettone. Asciugamani: 4 teli da doccia e basta.
Soggiorno-cucina decente. Tavolo da cucina vecchio, divano nuovo, televisore nuovo e funzionante con freebox per canali e per internet. Non è una casa per 4 persone ma al massimo per due. Con due acquisti in più da IKEA quanto a mobili e un paio di comodità in più, avrebbe acquistato maggiore valore. Anche se il contesto dell'edificio rimane terribile!!
