This stylish bedroom & en-suite bathroom with private entrance has direct access to the lush backyard with pool, jacuzzi, gazebo, BBQ, & several areas for outside dining. The front courtyard is private, enclosed by a brick wall separating it & you from the rest of the world.

This patio pool house is located in a quiet mature tree lined street on a cul-de-sac. The house layout is ideal for embracing the outdoors. The dining room opens up to the front courtyard offering a tranquil setting with a pond & fountain. Fruit trees create a tropical fee with the north side lined with bamboo for privacy.

In addition to the bed/bath suite, there is a large living room with cathedral ceiling & large screen SmartTV. The dining room, kitchen, laundry room, & outside spaces are all shared.
There is parking for 1 car in the driveway and 1 car on the street

The host has non-shedding hypoallergenic pets (1 Siberian cat and 1 goldendoodle), who travel 90% of the year.

Refundable security deposit $100 and the cleaning deposit is $150.
