If you are looking to be in the center of it all then this place is for you. The owner even thought of the little things with free Netflix and YouTube premium. The only downside is that it can be a little loud, but the owner provided earplugs to help block out the noise. The owner was very kind and effective at communicating.

Previous guests departed late and we arrived earlier than the 4:00 pm check-in. Host expedited clean-up so that we were able to move-in early! Excellent location for restaurants and bars. Compact and efficient use of space for 6 of us. Asian style bathroom with the sink, bidet, and shower in a small space. Large modern washer and dryer. and appliances.Only suggestion is (English) instructions for the thermostat which controls the water temperature for the shower/faucets and the floor.

That's why I created Stay Pachira. The name comes from the Pachira plant — known as the "money tree" — a symbol of good fortune, resilience, and positive energy. Like the plant itself, this space is built to help people thrive, even far from home.
I'm a lifelong music lover, especially pop and K-pop, and that passion is woven into every corner of this space. I want guests to feel not just comfortable, but genuinely inspired. Being a host means giving someone the kind of stay that stays with them — and that's something I take seriously.

Why they chose this property

Itaewon is unlike anywhere else in Seoul. It's a neighborhood where cultures from all over the world coexist naturally — the food, the music, the people, the energy. That mix of global and local is exactly what drew me here.
From Stay Pachira, you're steps away from everything: international restaurants, local bars, galleries, and the calm green slopes of Namsan just above. And yet the moment you're inside, the city fades. That contrast — the vibrant street life outside and the quiet retreat within — is what makes Itaewon the perfect home base.
