Enjoy the breathtaking view of the Gulf of Mexico from either the master bedroom or living room walkout balconies. This fully furnished 4th floor condo is directly overlooking the pool and beach. As a corner unit you can also enjoy the view of the waterway into the intracoastal waters, John's Pass and St. Petersburg in the distance. Watch the boats as they pass thru, and the dolphins as they frequently swim past

After a day on the clean white sands of the beach and a dip in the pool, come inside and enjoy the many included amenities before crossing the street for dinner, drinks or shopping at one of the over 100 family friendly venues at John's Pass. Pick your passion - you will find a street side and waterside boardwalk with shopping galore, ice cream, cocktails, restaurants, boat and jet ski rentals, parasailing, dolphin cruise, pirate ship, fishing trips and more. Within minutes are every type of dining option you may be craving.

Prefer to stay put? The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make your own meals while enjoying the view. The kitchen is open to the eat-up bar and dining table. After dinner enjoy the beautiful sunset followed by a game, puzzle, book or cable TV and complimentary WIFI.

In the master bedroom you will find a king size bed, dresser, nightstand, desk, TV, window facing south over John’s Pass as well as sliding glass walk out balcony overlooking the pool and beach. The master has an ensuite bathroom with tiled shower, granite countertop, ceramic tile and large walk in closet.

The second/guest bedroom has a large south facing window which has an amazing view of John's Pass and beyond. This bedroom has a queen size bed, dresser, night stands, large closet and ensuite bathroom with shower with granite and ceramic tile.

In the front foyer you will find a storage closet with toys for the kids and beach chairs, play pen, umbrella and canopy tent for your use. In the bath closets you will find extra linens and towels. There is a stackable washer and dryer hidden from view in the kitchen area. On the large, lighted balcony you will find outdoor tables and chairs. The living area includes a full sized sofa bed.

Madeira Norte is a five story 80 unit building, and the coveted spot is right here with the extra living space and spectacular views that a corner condo with full glass walls allows. Your rental includes the use of a reserved, covered parking space, which is steps from the elevator for your convenience. Visitor parking is also available for one additional space. Parking area is well lit and equipped with security cameras. Gated pool area has plenty of seating and lounge chairs as well as an outdoor pavilion with grills for guest use.

Monthly rentals receive a 10% rate discount.

Perfect Unit with Amazing Gulf View

This unit was perfect. The balcony show cases a beautiful gulf view overlooking the pool. The unit has everything one might need. Fully equipped and very clean. You will be so pleased with your stay. Cannot recommend enough!!!!!

Great condo

Madeira Norte 409 is a great 2 bedroom condo. Clean, well equipped, great location directly on the beach and comfortably furnished. A real homey feel. Little things like plenty of towels in each bathroom, extra sheets and blankets for each bed, hangers in each closet, hand soap in kitchen and bathrooms, hairdryer in each bathroom, plenty of pots and pans, toys and beach equipment, many beach towels and comfortable living room furniture. The view from the balcony is beautiful! Directly across street from John’s Pass. Plenty of visitors parking besides a reserved spot for renters. Couldn’t ask for anything more but perhaps a little more comfortable balcony furniture but that won’t keep us from coming back. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Spacious, clean - great location and view

This condo was very clean and organized, and the host was very responsive and friendly. We enjoyed our stay here as it was our first time in this area. We would certainly stay here again. One recommendation would be to buy some lounge chairs for the balcony as it was very sunny and the pool was crowded at times -

What a view/what a location

We enjoyed our stay and the owners were very friendly and easy to work with for any concerns.. Can’t beat the view and location which was very central to not only John’s Pass but Treasure Island too!

Great Condo and location

We loved our stay at this condo. Very well maintained and very clean. The entire property was well maintained. Loved the location with plenty to do within walking distance. I will definitely return again.
