Sweeping Beach Views - Large Unit w/ Private Balcony - Madeira Norte #213

Ideal location offering views and privacy, not to mention a beautifully decorated and remodeled vacation retreat. Madeira Norte #213 is a 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom condo that has it all which is why guests come back year after year. Free wifi. 7 night rental minimum, Saturday arrival/departure required. Call for exceptions.

You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed.

The recently renovated kitchen contains new granite countertops, modern cabinetry, new appliances and has every utensil needed for your stay, including coffee maker and microwave. The comfortable living area has a flat screened TV and leads out to the side balcony, where guests will enjoy beach and nature views. Here you will find the perfect spot to enjoy a good book, or watch the spectacular sunsets Florida offers.

The cheerful, nautical themed master bedroom has one king sized bed, flat screened TV, and also provides access to the balcony. The second bedroom has two twin beds, TV and provides plenty of space for guests. Linens, towels and pillows are stocked for your visit, and washer and dryer are here for your convenience.

Please note the Rules and Regulations for Madeira Norte Condominiums prohibit motorcycles on the property. The Board of Directors has authorized the removal of motorcycles via a local towing company.

There is one assigned parking spot for this condo. Only one car can park at Madeira Norte. Additional parking spots are not provided to Madeira Norte Guests.

As a SunHost guest, you will have access to office services, including fax, copy, and printing boarding passes. Seven day a week maintenance service is available as well as an after hours emergency on call person. This is a non smoking home.

The location of this vacation property is unsurpassed and especially popular for families. Steps away from the beaches, guests can also enjoy the heated swimming pool and BBQ facilities. John's Pass Village, a popular destination for year round residents and tourists alike, is just across the street. The Village has over one hundred unique shops, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing. Best of all as a SunHost customer you can walk to this great entertainment destination. Anchor tenants include Bubba Gumps, Hooters and Hubbards Marina and also world famous Bamboo Beer Garden.

Madeira Beach is a sought after community, just west of St. Petersburg. Its 2.5 mile beach is popular with sun lovers and offers some of the best fishing in the area. This beautiful Gulf getaway, has something for everyone, including dolphin watching, water sports along some of the most beautiful crystal clear waters in the world.

Nearest airports are Tampa International Airport at just over 20 miles and St. Petersburg Clearwater International at 10 miles away.

Balcony has amazing view of the beach and the sunsets. Room is very well kept and well equipped except they need a new blender. Couldn’t make daiquiris. We have already rebooked for next year.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location and view. Bathroom was in rough condition. The tub needs to be replaced. There are two small elevators and one was out of service the entire two weeks we were there. We ended up taking the stairs the entire time. Unit was nicely outfitted with dishes and glassware.

Great location

Property was right on the beach with a great view of the Florida sunset straight from the balcony! Was within walking distance from shopping, food, and entertainment with John’s pass right across the street. Grocery store trips could be walked, but decided to drive as to not have to carry bags back. Kitchen was stocked with every dish and utensil needed to concoct a delicious meal. Traffic was not bad but also went during late October. Overall, it was a great place to stay and provided for a much needed rest and relaxation week before heading back to the Midwest winter!
