This is a beautifully furnished, high-spec home designed for relaxed group stays. With three bedrooms across three levels, multiple bathrooms, and separate spaces to unwind, it works perfectly for couples travelling together, mature friend groups, or extended families.

On the ground floor, you’ll find internal access from the garage (comfortably fits a large SUV), a full laundry with washer and dryer, and a private queen bedroom with its own ensuite—ideal for guests wanting a bit more privacy.

The middle level is the heart of the home. A full kitchen with everything you need, dining for four, and a comfortable lounge with a large smart TV create a great shared space. Sheer curtains filter the light beautifully while still giving privacy, and the heat pump on this level keeps things comfortable year-round.

There are two balconies off this level—perfect for morning coffee or evening drinks. One features a bar leaner with stools, positioned to capture the afternoon and evening sun.

Upstairs, the master bedroom includes a king bed, generous storage (great for longer stays), and its own ensuite. The third bedroom has two king single beds and is supported by a full bathroom on this level—making the layout ideal for groups sharing.

A secure electronic door code will be provided prior to arrival for easy self check-in.

Please note the home is split across multiple levels with stairs between floors.

Early check-in/late checkout available for $10/hour up to 2 hours subject to availability.

Local Care Property Stays assistance is available if required.

We give guests space to enjoy their stay but are always available if needed. Our local team is nearby and happy to assist with anything during your stay.

Additionally parties or gatherings are not allowed, any unauthorized gatherings will result in immediate cancellation with no refund.

Check out time is 10am and late checkouts must be requested 24hours in advance.

Smoking is prohibited inside the property and any damages or extra cleaning caused by smoking or pets will result in a $200 fee.

We expect the house to be left in a reasonable condition and any additional cleaning required will be charged at $60 per hour.
Any damages, spills or stains must be reported and may result in a charge for replacement or cleaning.
