The single-storey apartment is located in the pedestrian area in a quiet residential area a few minutes walk from the popular north beach. It is tastefully and comfortably furnished and invites you to relax and unwind (relaxation armchair is available). The apartment has a separate bedroom with a large double bed and a comfortably furnished living room with dining area and modern kitchenette including dishwasher and microwave. For entertainment there is a flat screen TV with cable reception for television and radio programs and a CD / DVD player. Free WiFi is available for use. A bicycle room, a washing machine and a dryer with a coin operated machine are in the basement. Two bicycles can be used free of charge for the entire stay. In the immediate vicinity you can do your daily shopping, it is only a few steps to the bakery. The sheltered terrace is equipped with garden furniture. Bed linen, hand and tea towels are provided and - like the final cleaning - are included in the rental price.

Sehr schöne und gute Wohnung

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Alles zum einkaufen in direkter Nähe. Da wir am "Vatertag " da waren hatten wir es natürlich mit nächtlichem lautstarken Gegröle zu tun. Auf der Terrasse/Wintergarten saß man leider auf dem Präsentierteller. Aber gut man hält sich dort ja nicht wirklich lange auf. Wem das nicht stört ist mit der Wohnung bestens bedient.

Sehr schöne, ruhige Ferienwohnung. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genießen können. Die Küche , Kühlschrank und Gegenstände waren außerst sauber und hochwertig. Der Vermieter hat sich telefonisch bei uns erkundigt, ob alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit ist. Das fanden wir sehr freundlich. Wir würden die Ferienwohnung jederzeit wieder buchen . Einfach traumhaft!

Wir wurden vom Vermieter sehr nett empfangen, fanden eine warme, saubere Wohnung nebst einem Begrüßunsschluck vor. In der Wohnung fehlte es an nichts, und es war absolut ruhig! Ein paar Meter entfernt gibt es einen recht gut sortierten Edeka und eine Bäckerei. Bis in die Stadt ist es auch nicht weit. Alles in allem eine empfehlenswerte Wohnung.

Tolle Wohnung

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen, die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, und es fehlt an nichts. Die Lage ist absolut zentral, für alles andere gibt es die Fahrräder. Die Vermieter und sehr umsichtig, der Service und der Kontakt im Vorfeld waren supernett. Es ist schön, wenn die Menschen ein wenig mehr machen, als immer nur das Nötigste. Dann fühlt man sich auch willkommen. Wir hatten auch für April unglaubliches Glück mit dem Wetter, eine Woche lang strahlend blauer Himmel und Sonne! Es war traumhaft. Gerne wieder!

Wir haben selten eine so gut ausgestattete FeWo erlebt. Sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und in toller Lage. Perfekte und nette Kommunikation vor der Übergabe und während des Aufenthalts. Haus Hansa sehr empfehlenswert

Im Vorfeld haben wir mit dem Vermieter einen sehr freundlichen Kontakt gehabt... gerade auf die aktuelle Covid-19 - Situation hin. Das hat sich schon einmal gut angefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut gelegen. Morgens um 7 Uhr sollte man allerdings das Schlafzimmerfenster schließen, wenn man noch etwas weiterschlafen möchte :-). Dies hängt mit der Straßenreinigung und dem Lieferverkehr zusammen. Dafür ist der Bäcker und der Supermarkt direkt um die Ecke. Die Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet und für 45qm passend aufgeteilt. Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
