BEACH SERVICE INCLUDED with this spectacular First Floor BEACH FRONT 2 bedroom 2 bath unit – No stairs -No elevators!! The view from our wrap around private balcony can’t be beat!!!
Our ground floor corner unit allows for parking just steps from the front door – no stairs or elevators, just 3 steps to the entrance of our condo from the parking lot - handicap parking is available at the Resort. Emerald Towers West is a family friendly, well-kept complex with only 44 units that is perfectly located on beautiful Okaloosa Island in Fort Walton Beach and only 7 miles from Destin. The best of both worlds with our location! A safe and family friendly venue!
Once you step inside you will immediately see the unobstructed view of the sugar white beaches and emerald waters of the ocean. Our unit is 6 feet above the sand dune and 20 feet from it - a design unique to our building, which places you above the sand dune to maximize view while remaining on parking level! On the balcony you will be able to see miles of beach in either direction. The living room features 2 walls of windows allowing you to be able to see the beach from any where in the living / dining / kitchen. Truly a remarkable location that is only a few short steps to the beach walkover- which can be seen from the balcony as well or head to the pool and barbecue area right outside the front door!
Our 2 bed 2 bath unit features a Master Suite that has a great ocean view with 3 large windows facing the gulf as well as private access to balcony. Imagine waking up in the comfort of a king size bed to a beautiful beach view where you can hear the surf! ALL linens are of hotel quality and are clean and sanitized every rental for your protection.
The open floor plan of the kitchen allows you to see the surf as you prepare meals in our fully equipped kitchen complete with pantry. Not wanting to cook – no problem! We have excellent restaurants just minutes away, as well as great shopping, entertainment and unmatched fishing! Check out the Okaloosa Pier near the Gulfarium only 2 miles away.
With your rental there is included beach service – 2 beach chairs and umbrella (while in season Mar-Oct). Large flat screen TV’s in living room and both bedrooms. WiFi is available and passwords will be given upon arrival. For your convenience we have a washer and dryer located in the unit.
We rent from Saturday to Saturday in the summer months and require a 3 night minimum during the other months. Reservations are not complete until I receive your signed rental contract, deposit and copy of driver’s license. Absolutely no smoking or pets allowed. Failure to comply will result in loss of your deposit plus damages if any.

Great time in Ft Walton

The condo was great and right on the beach. The place had everything we needed and the beach chair service was fantastic. The owner was great with communication and we had a wonderful experience.

Relaxing stay

Upon arrival, we parked directly in front of unit and up 3-4 steps to enter the unit. Arrived to a nice condo with beautiful view of the ocean and beach. We had most of what we needed in the condo. I was surprised with how well the baths were stocked with towels and washcloths. The access to the beach is very close and the beach service was excellent with Izzy. She was a joy to speak with everyday. We saw dolphins everyday we were there. Stewby’s just down the street for seafood multiple days was wonderful! And the ice cream shop next door to Stewby’s was great as well. A very relaxing vacation and would love to return. The only thing I would recommend would be maybe a couple of additional hand towels for the bathrooms as there was only 1 per bath as well as another kitchen towel and kitchen sponge/cloth to hand wash dishes if needed. Also may need to have someone check the unit directly above for a possible leak as there is a clear water stain (which was present on check-in), in the secondary bedroom ceiling. Not sure if this is an old stain or recent. It did not effect our stay and we did not feel the need to call and report it during our stay, but just noticeable. Also, might mention to the complex, it would be nice to have maybe a handrail installed on the left hand side of the steps to enter.

Convenience Galore!

My Family of 7 stayed at this location for the first time June 2023. I must say that this has been the best "Convenience" location I have ever stayed at. This was a blessing having small children under 6. The room is ground level and you can literally pull up right to the front door and park. The walk way bridge to the beach is just right around the corner of your front door and the pool is just steps away also. Restrooms are located by the pool which was great. First impression when opening our unit was how clean it smelled. Cleaning was defiantly 5 Stars! The kitchen was fully equipped with anything you would possibly need to cook. If I could of wanted anything else it would of been a bigger frying pan for families that are larger to cook for as the ones that were available were small. The wrap around porch was amazing to chill and relaxing listening to the waves. The master bedroom was extra big and with the hide away sofa bed was great for my two small children to sleep in the room with us. My favorite part of the master bathroom was the water pressure from the shower made for an relaxing, wind down experience after a long day. Tom Thumb is a short 5 minute walk down the road also if you forgot to pack something or need a quick meal. Would defiantly stay here again and would recommend this unit to anyone that wants everything offered within steps of your front door.
