Welcome to your home away from home! This newly built, modern 2-bedroom granny flat is perfect for couples, small families, or business travellers seeking comfort and privacy. Enjoy the private undercover outdoor retreat with its own separate entrance.

The space features a cozy open-plan layout with a compact yet well-equipped kitchen (ideal for preparing simple meals) and a cozy living area. Both bedrooms are designed for restful sleep, and the stylish bathroom includes all modern amenities.

The space
The master bedroom features a luxurious king-sized bed with a super comfy mattress for a restful night’s sleep, while the second bedroom offers a cozy double bed. Both rooms include built-in wardrobes with plenty of storage space for your belongings. The home is designed for comfort and convenience, offering a warm, welcoming atmosphere throughout.

Guest access
Guests will have full and private access to the entire 2-bedroom granny flat. You’ll have your own separate entrance, on the right hand side of house. There's also dedicated undercover parking available on the driveway outside the flat. The space is fully self-contained, offering complete privacy throughout your stay.

Other things to note
Conveniently located walking distance to The Ponds Shopping Centre, Blacktown Leisure Centre and Stanhope Shopping Village. You could walk to buses which take you direct to Sydney CBD or drive 5min to Tallawong metro or Rouse Hill Town Centre.
