Inside, the open-plan layout includes a comfortable lounge area with a plush sofa, Smart TV, and a dedicated work desk, flowing through to the indoor dining space and out to the generous main balcony—ideal for enjoying a morning coffee or sunset BBQ surrounded by nature. The well-equipped kitchen features modern appliances, a Nespresso machine, and ample bench space, making it easy to prepare meals while still being part of the conversation.
The primary bedroom includes a walk-in robe, balcony access and a spacious ensuite with twin vanities. The second bedroom opens onto the main balcony and sits next to a full bathroom with both a walk-in shower and a separate bathtub, as well as a separate toilet.
