Magnificent and spacious 4‑bedroom home with a panoramic view of Lake Etchemin, direct lake access, and kayaks and a pedal boat included. A large terrace lets you enjoy beautiful sunrises.
A warm and inviting place, perfect for unwinding and creating memorable moments in any season. Enjoy the indoor fireplace, family‑friendly games, and the four‑season veranda with a fireplace and hot tub(out of service for now)

Fully equipped kitchen: fondue and raclette sets, drip coffee maker, basic condiments, and all essential cooking tools.

Included: bed linens, bath towels, and beach towels.

Bedroom configuration
Primary bedroom: Queen bed + small transition bed (approx. ages 3–7)

Bedroom 2: Queen bed

Bedroom 3: Queen bed + single bed

Bedroom 4: Bunk beds (2 single beds)

Additional sleeping spaces
Living room: Double sofa bed (real mattress) + doors for privacy

Basement:1 single sofa beds

A folding baby bed is also available.

Guest access:
Guests have access to the entire house and part of the garage if needed.

Located just minutes from Mont Orignal, the Éco‑Parc, hiking trails, and local restaurants.

⚠️ Important Notes
The hot tub is temporarily out of service and is expected to be back in operation by the end of June.

There is no dock.

Lake access is via a walkway leading directly to the natural shoreline. This is not a developed beach.

The width and appearance of the shoreline may vary depending on weather conditions, especially after heavy rainfall.

🚫 House rules
If a party is detected, the keys will be retrieved immediately.
Only registered guests are allowed inside the house and on the property.
Non‑smoking and no pets.
