Surrounded by tropical coconut tress, mountains and hear the sound of the ocean the properties design features allow you to relax in luxury, dive into the infinite pool, soak up a bath pool side or just simply enjoy a relaxing drink in your open plan living space. Both rooms have Air-conditioning.

Balian is a unique part of Bali. As people say its like old Bali. Free from the traffic the surf break is one of the most consistent and the area is surrounded with plenty of walks adventure and other places to eat or drink

You can walk to the beach and surf. Motorbikes can be rented and daily car transport is also available on request. There are many things to go and see in the local area and we have fantastic local guides to show you around if you like. We prefer to organise your pick-up because we find the locals know their way better to this area and know the fastest routes. We also get the driver to stop and get you any groceries you need/ money changed etc so you are prepared before you arrive. So you can relax straight away.

Please understand the loction, we are in a peacful, beautiful part of Bali away from the city with lots of jungle around the area. If you dont like any nature, including geckos and the occasional insect then please stay in the city. We ask guests to keep the villa doors closed at dawn and dusk and during the night because insects are attracted to lights so they will fly inside, it might sound like common sense to most people.
Breakfast and Cleaning is 6 days a week and not included on Balinese ceremony days of Galungan, Kuningan and Nyepi.
Breakfast is available at additional cost.
Please treat this place like it`s you own. Please treat the staff like they are your good friends.
No smoking inside. Please turn the AC off if the windows and doors are open to save electricity.
Please save water. That also means not making huge splashes in the pool :)
