*130 feet of private seawall, fish from the dock. Equipped with a fish cleaning table.
*small fishing rods for your use
*Short ride to Gulf and private islands by boat. Approximately 4 or 5 blocks
*Boat lift available for monthly renters with experience. Extra fee may apply for water and moving bunks.
