This location is a 4 minute walk to Wilfrid Laurier University, 19 minute walk to Conestoga College Waterloo Campus and 15 minute walk to University of Waterloo. Not to mention over ONE HUNDRED(!!) different places to eat food in less than a 10 minute walk in all directions. This place has a balcony that overlooks Wilfrid Laurier University, comes with a washer and dryer, two tvs, and fully equipped kitchener with a Nespresso Machine.

We had a great stay. The condo was clean, had the essentials and was a perfect location for us near Laurier. You're close to everything you really need to be honest with tons of food delivery options. We would definitely book again! It's a great value

The apartment was clean. It was a challenge to get the fob to enter the apartment. The temperature was set to 20 C, and it was very cold during the night. When I contacted the host, she tried to address it, but the temperature went back to 20 C and stayed there the whole time. There were no amenities except a small amount of toilet paper in each bathroom and no spares. There was no soap and no shampoo. The whole atmosphere of the apartment was cold. There was nothing to create a warm atmosphere. I told the host that only one person arrived because the second person was bumped off three Air Canada flights and was not able to make it to Toronto. At the end, I emailed the host twice to say the person staying in the apartment was not staying for the fourth night because of the situation with the heat in the apartment, but the host did not respond. I resent the email, but the host did not respond. So I texted the host, and the host did not respond, so I contacted VRBO. The whole experience was not a pleasant one.
