The mansion, dating from the middle of the 19th century, has a surface area of ​​220 m2. It consists on the ground floor of an entrance, a living room, a dining room with a fireplace, a large bathroom with a bath/shower, separate toilets and a kitchen. On the 1st floor, there are four bedrooms, two with double beds and two with two single beds each, and a bathroom with a shower. On the 2nd floor, a large relaxation room of 75 m2 with TV and ping-pong table.

The property also includes two timbered houses, typical of the Norman style. The first is a 40m² guest house featuring a double bedroom, a living room, and a bathroom on the upper floor equipped with both a shower and a bathtub. The second house measures 55m² and includes, on the ground floor, a large French billiards table, a piano, a drum set, a small kitchen, and a shower room. On the mezzanine level, there is a double bed.

The centre of the village of Beuvron-en-Auge is barely 2 minutes by car. There is a bakery, small shops, cafes and restaurants, including a creperie and a gastronomic restaurant among other things.

Rental of 7 days minimum in July and August. For weekend rentals, the checkout can be on Sunday between 2pm and 4pm
