A 4-year-old, 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home that's super clean, modern, and inviting. Sleeps up to 6 guests comfortably:
• Master bedroom with King bed and ensuite bath
• Second bedroom with Queen bed
• Third bedroom with Queen bed
• Full kitchen, dining area, and open living space
• Central A/C - essential for desert summers
• High-speed WiFi throughout
• Enclosed private garage for secure parking or gear storage
• Outdoor space across a full acre - room to breathe
THE STABLES
A working 3-stall horse stable with shaded stalls and added insulation for the hot summer days. Bring your horse and let them stretch out on the property. Boarding inquiries welcome - message us before booking if you're traveling with horses so we can prep feed and water.

One full acre of open Sonoran Desert. Big sky, dark nights, and the kind of quiet you can't get in town. Perfect for stargazing, morning coffee on the patio, and evening walks. The property sits in unincorporated Maricopa County - rural feel, but only a short drive from Phoenix amenities.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
If bales are used please let us know how many so we can stock up.
There is a $30 fee per alfalfa bake, please leave cash payment on the counter near the sink
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
