L'Olivier - au calme à 2 pas du Vieux Port en bail mobilité

L'Olivier is a beautiful flat ideally located in a quiet street just a few metres from the Vieux Port, right in the heart of the shopping streets. The flat has all the facilities you need for a pleasant stay, whether you're on a business trip or visiting family or tourists. It offers a beautiful bedroom with television and a large lounge/dining room, all opening onto a calm, bright patio. This is the ideal location for discovering the city of Marseille. The Vieux Port, its bars and restaurants, and numerous shops are nearby.

Please note that this accommodation is only available for medium-term stays (30 nights minimum).


Composition of the flat:
The flat is located on the 1st floor of a beautiful building on a pedestrian street 1 minute from the Old Port. You enter the flat through a corridor which leads on your left to a large bathroom with bath, opposite you to the double bedroom with television and on your right to the living room with dining table and open kitchen.

The flat is fully equipped to make you feel at home: Wifi / Dishwasher / Nespresso coffee machine / Welcome coffee capsules / Bathtub ...

To comply with legislation, your reservation will require the signature of a contract (mobility lease).
To do this, we will need a few additional items (identity card, insurance, supporting documents).
Unfortunately, we will not be able to give you access to the accommodation unless you sign a contract in due and proper form.
This does not affect the conditions agreed via our website or via the various rental platforms.

The Cocoonr service:
You will be greeted personally on site by someone from the Cocoonr Marseille agency, who will show you around the accommodation, answer your questions and hand you the keys.

Hotel-quality (4/5 stars) sheets and towels are provided, and your bed will be made up on arrival. Tea towels and bath mats are also provided. Wifi fibre internet access.

Geographical location:
By staying at l'Olivier you are choosing a flat ideally located in the centre of Marseille, yet in a quiet area. If you turn left out of the building, you'll be in easy reach of the Vieux Port, Rue Paradis and its many shops, and the legendary Canebière.
On your right, you'll find rue de Rome and the Noailles shopping district, with its oriental flavours.

Transport links:
All forms of transport pass through the Vieux Port: bus, metro, tram and even boat-bus to the Estaque and Pointe Rouge districts.
Saint Charles station is a 15-minute walk away.

The airport is accessible by shuttle bus to Saint Charles station, but we advise you to use taxis or Uber-type drivers.

Excellent location, short walk to the port. Apartment was clean and nicely decorated. One bedroom, but sofa turns into another bed, so sleeps four without any problems. Kitchen and bathroom like new. We had a great stay.

I stayed for four days in Marseille and was delighted with this brand new and well decorated place, Everything was great. I was met and shown around the apartment on time by a friendly person. I was two blocks from the Vieux Port and surrounded by restaurants and close to the shopping area. It was great. I found Marseille to reveal a lot of interesting history and culture, I was quite delighted with my stay;

Spitzenlage direkt am Hafen und trotzdem sehr ruhig!

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in Marseille. Die Unterkunft ist super zentral gelegen und trotzdem erstaunlich ruhig gelegen. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir haben den Aufenthalt zu viert sehr genossen.

Apartament jasny, czysty, dobrze wyposażony. Kontakt z pracownikiem obiektu bardzo dobry. Przed godziną zameldowania odezwał się na whatsappie i nie robił problemu aby przyjechać wczesniej do apartamentu. Bardzo polecam!

L'Olivier "Ideaal gelegen appartement om Marseille te verkennen met 2 personen. 🙂 De host stond me op te wachten aan het appartement, sleutels werden overhandigd en we kregen een korte rondleiding in appartement. Het is een lichtrijk appartement dat vrolijk werd ingericht. Grote frigo met diepvries aanwezig. Ik heb er wel niet gekookt, maar nam er wel dagelijks een ontbijt. Bakker en supermarkt aanwezig op 100 meter van appartement. De ligging van het appartement is fantastisch. Helemaal in het centrum centrum en op 5 minuten wandelen van metrostation Vieux Port. Om Marseille te verkennen prima ligging. Bovendien om te winkelen zit je ook tussen de 2 winkelgebieden. Het is een erg rustig appartement doordat het aan de achterkant van het gebouw gelegen is en niet aan de straatkant. 🙁 Wij verbleven er drie nachten in april met temperaturen rond de 20/24 graden. Vermits het 's avonds afkoelde was het er niet te warm om te slapen. Maar in de zomerperiode zal het volgens mij er erg warm zijn. Er is geen airco aanwezig, maar er staan wel ventilatoren. De zon schijnt vanaf de middag binnen in de living. In de slaapkamer is er wel geen direct zonlicht. Appartement is op de 2de verdieping gelegen en er is geen lift. Voor ons geen probleem, maar niet voor iemand met knieproblemen."
