The unit features two well-appointed bedrooms, a small dining area, and a clean, modern bathroom with walk in shower. The space includes a space designed for light meal preparation, featuring essentials such as a microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker, and food prep area. Please note that it does not include a sink, so it’s best suited for simple, no-fuss meals and snacks. Guests have access to dishware and cleaning supplies to keep things tidy during their stay. With a private entrance, guests can come and go freely without shared spaces, making it ideal for a quiet and relaxing stay.

Please note there is a nice garden to sit outside and parking is close to the entrance. To ensure privacy the large deck out front is not accessible to guests.

Small. No place to sit and relax. Only beds and a small table and chairs. Shower had no where to place soap or shampoo or towel hook. Very basic, short on the creature comforts. Hoped for more. Last night was entirely too noisy in the house. I was kept up until 2am by a child running and jumping.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry that some aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. Regarding the space, the listing does show the layout and furnishings, including the beds and small table, and we understand that some guests may prefer a separate sitting area. We will certainly take your feedback into consideration as we continue improving the space. We also appreciate your comment about the shower. A shampoo/soap holder is a small addition, and we agree that it would make the shower more convenient for guests. Regarding the noise on your final night, we’re sorry that it disturbed your sleep. As we explained during your stay, there was a child in the adjoining property who has autism and is non-verbal. While we did our best to manage the situation, occasional noise can occur and is unfortunately not something we can completely control. We were transparent about this when you raised the concern. We appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention and will use the feedback where we can to improve the guest experience.
