* Sleeping Arrangements: The apartment accommodates up to 5 guests with a king bed in the master bedroom, a double and single bunk bed in the second bedroom, lounge area has a very comfortable queen size sofa bed.
* Private Yard: Relax in the secure, private lawned yard—perfect for families with children. Watch the stunning sunsets while dining al fresco, with the large bifold doors that allow you to take in the beautiful coastal views.
* Beach Access: Beach towels are provided for your convenience, making it easy to cross the road and enjoy the white sandy beach, at your doorstep. You can enjoy the newly constructed boardwalk with a few direct accesses.
* Comfort Features: The apartment offers reverse cycle air conditioning and ceiling fans in the main bedroom and lounge for year-round comfort. Large TVs are available in all rooms for your enjoyment.
Guest access * One free undercover, numbered car space is available at the rear of the property, with additional free street parking nearby. * Please ensure that you park in the designated space for Unit 4 (No. 4) to avoid any issues with other tenants. * Main access to apartment in via door at rear of apartment block, off back carpark. Key lock box located at back door ( code sent on day or day before checkin )
