It's our 3rd yr staying here and we love it beautiful condo great neighbors quiet and close to just about everything!! Jillian the host is easy yo contact if anything is needed hopefully will be back next yr. And 10 minutes from airport
We stayed from mid Dec to end of March and loved it! The condo was clean and well equipped. The hosts were prompt answering questions and addressing any issues that came up. The neighbors are inviting. The area is close to restaurants, shopping etc…We had an awesome time and will definitely stay here again!
The Casita was super cute and Jillian was a wonderful host. It was a super quiet area and close to restaurants, the grocery store, Tempe, and the Airport. The pool was nice and there was plenty of parking.
I would highly recommend the Casita! Short drive to/from airport, quiet neighborhood and welcoming neighbors. Accommodations were great for a 3-night stay. Jillian was a wonderful host.
It was such an amazing place to stay! I felt so comfortable, had everything I needed. Very thoughtfully decorated and stocked. Many thanks to our host!

The location of this property is so convenient to the entire city. This was the best stocked rental property we've ever stayed at. We held a late Thanksgiving and this place had everything! The host Jillian was amazing. We communicated several times regarding questions I had and she was super helpful and very responsive. The next thing I'm in the Phoenix area, I am definitely going to stay here again. Clean, comfortable and perfect. Thank you Jillian!
Worked out perfect for our family to visit my college daughter. The kitchen was stocked so well we had everything we needed to have a few meals at the house. The only thing we could have used is pool towels.

Super comfortable condo! Stock with pretty every thing you need! Friendly neighbors
Close walk to a cute little Resturant with a fantastic breakfest close to Papago Park to hike in mornings Stay the whole month of April and looking forward to staying again next yr.
We enjoyed our stay at the casita. The kitchen is stocked with anything you would need & then some. The neighborhood is quiet & the neighbors are great with lots of useful information for your stay. Weather was pleasant almost every day.
We loved our stay at the casita. We immediately felt at home. The neighborhood was quiet and the location was great. Love the the proximity to both Camelback and Papago Park.

I can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed the Casita in Phoenix. Everything you need and more was there for you. The coffee and tea bar was awesome. The place was exactly as you see in the pictures. Jillian was a gracious host who checked in to make sure everything was going OK. It was close to a lot of restaurants and activities. I would recommend this to anyone looking to get away.

It met our needs. My husband had a liver transplant at BUMC just a few miles away and it was so nice to have a comfortable place near by. He needed to stay near the hospital for 6 weeks post surgery and the condo provided a great location to many stores, attractions, walking trails and more. It had all the comforts of home. Our only negative involved…..due to that my husband was convalescing he was at the condo 24/7 and struggled a bit with they noise of living in close quarters with others

Jillian's condo was absolutely what I'd hoped for. Me and the friends and family I had visit me over the months of February and March all were in agreement that it met all of our needs. The kitchen had most everything one could ask for, even chip clips!! And if I had a question or concern, Jillian answered everything in record time. I highly recommend her property!!

Superb!! The Casita is truly a gem. It has been renovated with high end furnishings. The decor could have been professionally done as it is a beautiful blend of current trends (classy) yet rustic intertwining. Clean! So clean. As in the interior is brand new everything, floors, counters, vanities, beds etc… The location is a definite positive as well. This property is in Arcadia and it is really a great location in the phx area. 20 min from GCU campus, 12 min from Sky Harbor, 25 mile and you are into Mesa. There is a Costco, Walmart, and many major grocery and and shopping stores. Great restaurants and quick bites such as pure smoothie. We did not use the pool (it was chilly as expected) but there is a hot tub and that would have been perfect for a relaxing night. The entire group of unit buildings were fresh and clean exteriorly as well. Very well maintained unit. Jillian was consistent with communication and we highly appreciated that aspect of the rental process as well. I don’t know when I will return to AZ to see my daughters in college next but I can assure that I be checking the availability of Jillian’s condo before booking elsewhere. We stayed at this property for a little over 4 months. It's proximity to Old Town Scottsdale allowed easy access to shopping and dining locations. We often took advantage of wonderful walking trails at the nearby canal and buttes. At Christmas time, the orange tree in the front yard produced sweet, juicy oranges. Delicious!
The condo is well appointed, with a Southwestern motif. The generously-stocked coffee and tea station was delightful. We made frequent use of the wine cooler in the condo.
The kitchen includes everything I needed to regularly prepare meals for the two of us, as well as those for entertaining dinner guests.
The king bed kept us quite comfortable during our 4-month stay. The large screen TV allowed us to continue our typical streaming practices to keep up with current events and our Netflix/Prime/YouTubet/etc binging.
Check-in and check-out of the property was very convenient. The property was clean and well-maintained upon our arrival. Jillian promptly responded to any of our questions.
