Good but not great.

Beds need updating especially the mattresses Very soft not good for adults. Parking area could be better, owners dog poo near cars not good when staying with young children 😔

Désolés pour les chiens, je fais le tour tous les jours du terrain mais cela peut arriver que je fasse un oubli. Pour les matelas, vous êtes les premiers en vous en plaindre.

There were some positives to our stay. Communication and check-in were good, and the location was convenient with a supermarket nearby. The shower rooms were okay, though the heated towel rails didn’t work even when turned on.Unfortunately, several issues significantly reduced our comfort. The beds were extremely uncomfortable (as was mentioned in 2023 review), and the bedding was in poor condition—blankets & bed covers were old and a top sheet was ripped, creating a trip hazard for my elderly Mum. As a result sleep quality was poor throughout our stay.The property is not as advertised. The photographs are outdated, and the frontage has changed, reducing usable space. Overall, the gîte felt neglected, with facilities looking run down. The outdoor area was overgrown with weeds and was unusable. The hot tub was pleasant. The layout starts with the kitchen on the ground floor, stairs to the lounge and bedrooms above (if there were a fire downstairs exit is via balcony drop!). A sunny balcony is in poor condition, and a steep staircase leads to extra bedrooms we chose not to use. Towels were provided but limited.The pool, though a good size, required attention. The entry step was loose and unsafe making pool entry very difficult. Many tiles were cracked, and insects were prolific. In the pool, beetles were common despite the robotic cleaner.Overall, this gîte has potential, but without proper maintenance, updates, and accurate advertising, it falls short of expectations.

Pendant l'été, le chauffage n'est pas allumé et nous mettons une couverture et un couvre lit dans chaque lit, la température est de 24 degrés C. Nous habitons juste à côté, vous auriez dû venir nous voir, nous aurions mis tout en oeuvre pour que vous passiez un agréable séjour. Au niveau des lits, personne ne s'est plaint, nous allons y remédiez.

Nous avons loué ce gites pour nous retrouver en famille, frères et sœurs, ainsi que les enfants. Secteur calmes, piscine couverte très sympathique et bien sécurisée pour les enfants. Le gite dispose de tout ce qu'il faut. La terrasse extérieure couverte est top.Très bon accueil des propriétaires. Nous recommandons. Un plus non négligeable, énormément de jeux pour les enfants (tracteurs, ...)

Vous êtes arrivés plus nombreux que la capacité du gîte, les lits en haut sont adaptés pour des enfants (10 personnes). Désolé d'avoir refusé que vous chargiez votre voiture à l'extérieur sur une prise non adaptée. Par contre, nous avons vérifié les prises de la cuisine, tout fonctionne correctement (vérifiez votre appareil à raclette, il doit avoir un défaut, le disjoncteur sert à cela)

Séjour agréable à la campagne

Un voyage de dernière minute à la campagne nous a fait du bien. Le logement était très charmant, soigné et il y a plein de jouets sur la propriété pour occuper les jeunes enfants. Outre la piscine, le badminton, le basket, ... leur sujet favori était : les poules en liberté. Nous avons visité le Abbaye de Royaumont et le château de Cantilly. Deux emplacements de choix qui ne sont pas loin de ce logement de vacances. Merci!

Weekend agréable entre amis

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'espace de vie (surtout la jolie terrasse couverte) et la piscine, de grande superficie et qui était à bonne température. Le propriétaire a répondu rapidement a mes nombreuses questions ! Quelques petits bémols : - Le jacuzzi était en panne lors de notre weekend or il était l'une des raisons principales pour laquelle nous avions choisi ce logement - l'horaire d'arrivée, à 17h, est assez tardif et pas très pratique - Certains lits, notamment ceux du dortoir tout en haut, sont trop anciens et mous. Mes amis n'y ont pas bien dormi, c'est dommage quand on veut faire un weekend à la campagne pour se reposer !

Une très belle escapade

Très belle maison avec un très bel espace extérieur. Les hôtes habitent dans la maison attenante et sont à l'écoute et très disponible. Je vous conseille de visiter la ferme, visite gratuite avec l'hôte, le matin. Un très bon séjour, je recommande !

We had a good 5 days in l’Oise. The house is typically rustic and in a lovely, peaceful location. The whole house is extremely clean and comfortable. The showers are powerful and modern. The kitchen is fully equipped including dishwasher. The garden and all the toys are fabulous for the children. Our criticisms would be that the pool and hot tub were not available and we were unaware that these were seasonal. Not enough towels were supplied. Sheets and blankets feel a bit out of date even for a rustic gîte. And, that a list of rules and a form to sign to access wifi is fussy.

Wonderful, relaxing break in a beautifully appointed Gite.

The gite is fabulous; very spacious and well appointed. The kitchen is well provided, the beds are comfy and the bathrooms were clean (each of the three first floor bedrooms are en-suite). The large pool on site is covered and so is lovely and warm in the sun. The pool itself was cleaned every day and several pool toys are provided. The hot tub area was also a lovely and relaxing space. The outside play area and courtyard is a little tired looking, but I'm sure this will be next on the owner's list to refurbish. The owners themselves were very discreet and helpful and the check-in process was flawless despite my poor grasp of the French language. The location is in a pretty but remote hamlet, but is close to several areas of interest within a reasonable driving distance (Paris, Beauvais, Chambly, Chantilly). A car is definitely recommended.
