You will have the full use of the whole top floor and all of the front and back yards of this beautiful property with no other guests to impact your privacy. Enjoy the comfortable, large two bedrooms, a large bright kitchen and living room with views of the North Rustico lighthouse! Have your morning coffee on the side deck off the master bedroom with an ocean view and later on barbecue and have your meal outside on the back patio or simply sit back and relax. Looking forward to hosting you!

Had a nice time at the property. Check-in was smooth and our group enjoyed their stay. The beach nearby was beautiful and we appreciated the tea and coffee. Host was very responsive and friendly.

Spacious & clean enough. Definitely in need of updated decor and furniture. One tiny mirror is not sufficient. Mirrors would add to the appearance. Hostess was helpful. Was not able to access the internet on laptop. We’ve never had to take out the garbage before.

The back bedroom / walk in closet smelt like cat urine. We had to take the back bedroom mattress into the kitchen to sleep. Close all the doors to that room to contain the smell- The smell was horrible! The AC was leeking / full of condensation- barely keeping the place cool! Had to buy a fan ! Fridge had condensation- dirty moulding around windows and doors - the BBQ looked like it was cleaned all summer !!

Hi Marie Thank you for your feedback on your recent two night stay at our property. I truly apologize for the issues you mentioned as this is definitely not up to our usual standards. Upon checking with our cleaners we discovered that another cleaner aside from our regular cleaner had completed the cleaning prior to your check in. They have apologized to us and have assured us that our regular cleaner will be taking care of our property going forward. Also it is to be noted that we have not had any guests stay with pets at our property for the last month and a half nor have we had (despite having a different cleaner) any prior guests complain about a smell in the bedroom closet. As far as the air conditioner is concerned you likely had it set on “dehumidifying” mode rather than the “cool” setting which is why you did not experience any cooling effect and why you noticed condensation. In the future I will make sure to have an instruction sheet for operation of the air conditioner drawn up and left by the remote to prevent any confusion. Up to now we have not had any guests comment on the refrigerator but we will have our property manager address this promptly. Marcia

Great view of the ocean, beautiful grounds around the house. We enjoyed our stay, a few items we couldn't find or you didnt have. Kitchen knives was one item. Thanks for the coffee it was a great touch.

Cuisine modérément propre, manque d’éclairage dans la cuisine, un seul verre à vin en vitre, les accessoires pour cuisiner étaient dispersés ici et là, pas facile de se faire à manger. Fenêtres en mauvais état et difficiles à ouvrir ou fermer dans toute la maison. Bain vétuste que nous n’avons pas eu le désir d’utiliser. Serviettes abondantes cependant. Chauffage adéquat de la thermopompe. Maison bien située avec vue au loin de la mer. Endroit calme et sécuritaire. Marcia a répondu rapidement à nos questions lorsque nécessaires. Cette maison pourrait être parfaite si on lui donnait un peu d’amour.
