We had asked several times prior to your arrival what time you intended to check in so we could ensure everything was prepared for you. Our check in instructions are very clear and have been used successfully by guests across our hosting platforms without any issues. We also provide backup access instructions and contact numbers specifically for situations where a guest experiences any difficulty checking in. Unfortunately, we were not notified of any access issue at the time, so we were not given an opportunity to assist or resolve the situation. We take guest experience seriously and are always available to help when issues are communicated to us.

We chose this location because hotel rooms were booked near the Telus center at a convention we were attending. The place was clean, had basic amenities like ironing board, iron, cookware and was on edge of Chinatown, but walking distance to downtown.
