Why they chose this property
Bonavista is one of Winnipeg's newest and most well-planned residential neighbourhoods in the southeast end of the city. We love that it sits right next to Sage Creek Village Centre, which means groceries, coffee, dining, a pharmacy, and a walk-in clinic are all within a 5-10 minute drive. It's quiet and residential but never far from what you need. Downtown Winnipeg and major attractions are about 20-25 minutes away -- close enough for a great day out, far enough to come back and unwind in peace.
