We are a family of 5: 2 adults and 3 under 10yo. Cades Cabin was perfect for our family. It was clean, fully equipped, comfortable, cozy and super accessible to everything! We will be back for sure! Laura is a super host!

We are a local family with three children who love spending time together at Sherkston Shores. We enjoy the beach, golf-cart rides and relaxing outdoors. We became hosts so other families could experience the same fun and create special vacation memories of their own. We take pride in making our cottage welcoming, comfortable and thoughtfully equipped for guests of all ages.

Why they chose this property

We chose Valley Lane because it offers the perfect balance of fun and relaxation. The cottage is tucked away on a quiet, family-friendly dead-end lane surrounded by mature trees, yet it is still close to the beaches, quarry and resort amenities. We especially love the peaceful setting, golf-cart rides around the resort and spending summer evenings outdoors near Lake Erie.

What makes this property unique

Our cottage offers a private, treed setting with a peekaboo view of Lake Erie and plenty of space to enjoy the outdoors. The two-tier deck includes a covered seating area with a television, along with a BBQ and firepit for relaxed family evenings. A four-seat golf cart is included, making it easy and fun to explore the resort. Inside, guests will find a king bedroom, a bunk room, a pullout sofa, a full kitchen and thoughtful family-friendly extras, including a pack-and-play, toddler booster and beach toys. It is a comfortable and welcoming getaway designed for families to relax, reconnect and make lasting memories.
