Pros: Home was clean and space was sufficient for 5 people. Relatively close to stores and beaches. Washer/Dryer is a nice bonus. Owners very nice and willing to help. Cons:On open lot. Front closet not usable, full of their stuff. No easy closet access or lamp in double room. Nowhere to eat, chairs and no table. Pictures not hung, just sitting on ground. 3/4 beds not comfortable. Carpet smelled awful in corner upon arrival and couch very dirty under blanket.

Thank you for your detailed feedback. We’re glad you found the home clean, spacious for your group, conveniently located, and appreciated the washer/dryer and our assistance during your stay. We’d also like to clarify a few points for future guests. Each bedroom has its own closet or storage space for guest use. The front entry closet is used for household and property supplies, so it is not intended as guest storage. Regarding the artwork, one large piece was intentionally left unhung because it is extremely heavy, and we felt this was the safest option. The home also has kitchen island and 6 seating chair available for dining, although we understand that some guests may prefer a traditional dining table. We appreciate your comments regarding the beds, as comfort can be very personal, and we will continue to monitor guest feedback in this area. We will also inspect the carpet area you mentioned and give the sofa additional cleaning and attention. Thank you again for staying with us and for sharing your experience. Your feedback helps us continue improving the home for future guests.
