• The pool and gym are located on Level 9 for Towers 3 & 4, and Level 6 for Towers 1 & 2. • If your fob card doesn’t work, please visit the concierge desk in the lobby. • Guests are required to sign a responsibility waiver to activate access to the pool and gym levels.
For bookings of 14 nights or more, a mid-stay cleaning service is recommended. You can choose a Refresh & Restock or Full Clean for $120. For extended stays, cleaning services can be tailored so our team can periodically clean, maintain, and inspect the apartment to keep it in top condition throughout your stay.
Please review the house rules before confirming your reservation and adhere to them during your stay. Parties or events of any kind are not permitted. Non-compliance will result in eviction and additional charges for damage or extra cleaning.
Lost keys will incur a $250 replacement fee. To ensure a pleasant and comfortable stay for everyone, we kindly ask that you follow the following:
